**What you'll be doing**:
As the Graphic Designer for Coles Online you will be responsible for creating high quality graphic and visual design assets to support the execution of the Customer Trade Plan offer across web & App.

**You will**:

- Develop website assets that meet the requirements of our customer offer and brand guidelines
- Support the Online Content Manager in building asset templates to drive consistency of messaging, including image placements, copy and fonts
- Work with the Site Ops and broader Trade team to understand customer proof points and hierarchy of messaging
- Proactively update and maintain a repository of assets
- Understand usability and accessibility best practices to ensure all design assets meet required specifications

**You have**:

- Ideally 3-4+ years' experience as a graphic designer or similar supporting digital channel for large organisations
- Experience in UI creation e.g., product images and layouts
- Experience designing for websites, digital campaigns for promotions and offers
- Demonstrated experience in human centred design
- Working knowledge of the tools of the trade i.e. Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- A portfolio demonstrating strengths in visual and graphic design
- An understanding of digital accessibility and the implication for design
