**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team supports, coaches, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our team members and customers every day.

**About the role**

Oversee the trade and promotion activations across our national store network with a focus on developing trade strategy, managing compliance and guidelines and driving communication across a diverse stakeholder group.

You will also**:

- Act as the gatekeeper of all trade activations and instore marketing events, ensuring adherence to operating guardrails and strategic execution plans.
- Maintain accountability for ensuring trade plans align with broader business objectives while remaining operationally feasible for store execution
- Assist in developing off-Location monthly plans, weekly promotional ends, and range reviews, ensuring they align with broader strategic goals
- Maintain alignment between marketing, supply chain, commercial and operations teams to optimise execution feasibility.

**About you and your skills**

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader with exposure to managing projects, strong communication skills and the ability operate in a fast paced, complex retail environment.

You will also have:

- Extensive store leadership experience or experience in a retail leadership role analysing store processes
- A successful track record of project management delivery in a national retail setting
- The ability to communicate and work cross functionally across multiple business units to deliver complex change
- Demonstrated resilience, able to raise competing demands with the lead and manager to ensure priorities are controlled and team commitments are delivered in a timely manner
- Experience working in a continuous improvement environment would be advantageous
