**What you'll be doing**:
As an Online Content Coordinator for Coles Online, you will develop & manage the content briefing process for Coles Online, to deliver the Customer Trade Plan across both web & App platforms.

**You will**:
Develop a content briefing process to ensure the delivery of the customer offer

Be responsible for ensuring that all content briefs for the Coles Online team are delivered on time and meet business guidelines

Support the Online Content Manager in coordinating information cross functionally with the Online Trade, Marketing and design teams

Build and manage the content author workflow

Manage the content approval process

Embed Content processes into the wider business Trade Planning Rhythm

**You have**:
2+ years' experience as a content producer or similar role

2 + year’s experience working with a CMS (AEM preferable)

1+ years working on Analytical tools e.g. Adobe or Google Analytics

Experience working to deadlines using project management tools e.g. Trello

Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment

Communication and problem-solving skills
