Service Stream's Telecommunications Division are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team.
About the Role

**Job Description**:
ServiceStream's Telecommunications Division are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team who will be responsible for the relationship management and strategic business development with our new and existing clients. The objective of the role is to identify new opportunities, ensuring ServiceStream deliver compelling value propositions to our existing clients whilst Identifying new customers and new sectors for business growth.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Flexible Location (Melbourne or Sydney)

Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:

- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with existing major clients to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Establish and manage new client relationships with key decision makers providing Service Streams compelling value propositions.
- Create and implement strategies for new business opportunities based on innovation, strategic planning, and market intelligence.
- Development of plans for new projects including the tracking of potential opportunities, evaluation and prioritisation of those business growth opportunities including corporate development.
- Prepare and conduct presentations for key internal stakeholders and prospective client personal.
- Actively participate in appropriate industry workshops, conferences, and forums.
- Ensure any business opportunities and negotiations are undertaken in a way that protects company interests, managing customer expectations around Service Stream’s commercial framework.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customers, development of account plans and preparation of presentations to key clients.
- Significant experience in commercial management, client management and working within operations groups.
- Demonstrated experience in market research, opportunity identification, tender preparation, securing internal approvals and transition procedures.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
