Go-To-Market Specialist
Key job responsibilities
As a Worldwide GTM Specialist, you will own the growing adoption, utilization, and revenue for an AWS service. You will gather customer and industry needs and partner with AWS product teams to innovate, develop, and deliver AWS offerings. GTM Specialists are technically savvy resources responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the AWS product roadmap, and driving revenue for specific AWS service(s). As a GTM Specialist, you will own, develop, and implement technical GTM plans and sales plays for new or existing services, and drive customer and partner engagements by participating in AWS field enablement activities. You will also identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams to win strategic customer workloads and drive business revenue.
About the team
The Customer Acquisition Team (CAT) is a global team responsible for leading the efforts of rapid customer acquisition across a number of categories. CAT is the engine room of the WWSO specialist sales org and seeks to scale specialty domain knowledge to benefit customers by building deep collaboration with sales, marketing, solution architects, service teams and the channel. This role is based in Sydney, Australia but is part of a pan APJ team with counterparts dispersed in multiple regions.
