We are a vibrant, close-knit marketing team, seeking a content champion to help bring key messages to our audience groups in a simple, jargon-free manner. Audiences are overwhelmed with the amount of excellent content currently in market and we need your help to break through the noise and make sense of it all.
The Marketing Communications Content Specialist will work with the Marketing, Tender and Sales Enablement teams to produce engaging and clear content that aligns to Data#3's tone of voice as well as working across tenders.

What you will do
- Create and manage assigned Marketing content, such as blogs, case studies, brochures, web pages, social media posts, emails etc
- Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to develop relevant sales content and collateral
- Create and manage relevant content on the Data#3 website
- Report on and measure the success and ROI for assigned content, including testing alternatives and adjusting approach and messaging based on results
- Support the creation and ongoing management of content guidelines and processes
- Engage with and manage relevant content projects with external agencies and contractors where necessary
- Create and manage relevant corporate content for use within tenders and bid submissions
- Co-ordinate, deliver and manage assigned bid submissions across Data#3's services and solutions from end-to-end
What we are looking for:
- Experience writing engaging content required, in a B2B environment or technology industry (highly desirable)
- Advanced experience working within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce
- Highly developed copywriting skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
- Highly developed project management skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Competent general administrative skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction without compromising attention to detail
- Tertiary education in Communications or Journalism or relevant industry experience
