**Who we’re looking for**:
A Direct Marketing wizard with an analytical mind and excellent HTML and coding experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Have 3+ years experience working in direct marketing
- Are experienced in marketing campaign management in digital and direct channels
- Are fully HTML skilled and formal Dreamweaver (or similar) product training
- Have formal Adobe Experience Cloud (or similar) product training
- Are confident using Adobe Photoshop to generate assets for use in campaigns
- Have experience with combining multiple data sources to determine campaign success and develop optimisations
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams or agile squads
- Can get wide stakeholder groups excited and committed to new ideas
- Come with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong understanding of Spam and Privacy compliance in direct marketing context
