**The company**:
This leading general insurance company has an excellent reputation, and they are embarking on a large scale multi year transformation requiring significant change management capability.

**The program & role overview**:

- You will lead change management to ensure the delivery of the strategic change plan across the program.
- The program impacts a large number of people and there is a wide breadth of stakeholders to engage with from a Change perspective.
- There are over 20 products in scope, and each product has an impact involving underwriting processes & systems.
- There are lots of moving parts with multiple small iterative releases by product.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- 10 years+ experience working on large multi-year transformation
- Proven **General Insurance** experience is essential
- Experience leading end to end change on a large transformation
- Expertise in developing strategic road maps for programs
- Exceptionally strong stakeholder management
