**What you’ll do
The GM Transformation - Group & Retail Platforms will be an important leadership role within the Group Transformation Enablement Platform. The role plays a key role in orchestrating the evolution of our Group Agile Organisation & Group Capabilities through strategic organisation enablement & transformation delivery that accelerates value and unlocks the full potential of Woolworths.
Reporting to the Director - Group Transformation Enablement & Agility, this role will partner to inspire & activate strategic change with our Group Executive Teams across our Group Platforms (People, Finance, Risk, Legal, Strategy, Customer, Transformation, Sustainability and Brand & Marketing) and other Retail Platforms & Businesses as required against our strategic roadmap to build group capabilities.
As a Transformation leader, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Group Executive; peer to the Business / Platform Senior Leadership Team; and collaborator between People, Finance & Strategy Leads in shaping transformation value across the Portfolio
- Mobiliise, design & deliver operating model transformations in partnership with senior leaders, people, strategy & finance to develop and mature our Agile organisation ambitions
- Make connections across the group, ensuring ‘better together’ transformation delivery & interdependent cadences & rhythms are designed and activated for simplified ways of working across ‘delivery’ and ‘home’ teams
- Partner with People Directors & Leads to define the Leadership shifts required to activate new ways of working, shape strategic transformation narrative & team engagement plans to transition Leaders & Teams through the journey
- Partner with Group & Business Strategy Leads to determine transformation glide paths (H1 - H3) & shape key levers & programs for acceleration; bringing to life transformation roadmaps & scoping and mobilising tier 1 programs to impact business value drivers
- Assess Agile maturity within business portfolio and partner with Leadership Groups to align on opportunities, including maturing activation of QBR memos & QDC to strengthen delivery, providing inputs into Group process for further streamlining & simplification
- Review transformation health & diagnose key risks or issues to be resolved, aligning with Leaders & Sponsors on interventions & facilitating cross-functional solutioning to unlock more value
- Build cross-functional teams & lead large scale transformation programs across operating model, technology, solutions & value programs as determined through our Group OKRs Develop a multi-skilled, resilient & trusted transformation team ‘on the job’ that inspires organisational change & achieves benefits through best in class delivery & enablement

- Proven delivery in orchestrating transformation at a large scale in a complex environment, leveraging the right mix of structure, process, and systems to orchestrate delivery in harmony with our Ways of Working.
