**About the role**

In response to our business growth and strong client demand, we are seeking an experienced **Transformation Principal** who can immediately contribute to our transformation projects from day one. Tasks Include:

- identifying and implementing necessary changes sensitively and with mínimal disruption to enable the organisation to perform to its optimum ability
- overseeing all areas of business, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements
- reviewing new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the company infrastructure where necessary
- discussing business with clients and acting as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
- working closely with Senior Leadership on preparing Steering Committees and/or leadership working sessions
- communicating strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
- creating systems to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organisation and present any findings
- assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation

**About you**
- Degree qualified with an outstanding academic record from a leading university and/or business school
- 5+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm where you have developed strong team and client references
- 5+ years of operational experience in line management or start-up environments - ideally in Sales, Product Management, Innovation/Digital or Human Resources
- Experience in big data analytics (e.g. Excel, Alteryx, Python, R) and/or digital app development is preferred but not a pre-requisite
- Your leadership abilities include strong communication with teams, peers and senior clients, framing compelling stories, connecting insights, facilitating team alignment and coaching teams and clients effectively
- You are highly motivated, result-driven, a self-learner and you demonstrate ownership
- You have excellent organisational skills, and are able to demonstrate innovation and creativity with strong analytical and problem solving skills

**Salary**: $109,280.97 - $180,000.00 per year
