Your New Role

We're seeking a Senior Change Transformation Manager to lead the delivery of 'The Aware Way' our strategic transformation program that's reshaping how we work, deliver value to our members, and empower our people.

This is a day rate contract (approximately 12 months) opportunity for a professional with deep expertise in agile transformation, change strategy, and leadership coaching. You'll be part of a high-performing Practice team guiding the organisation through complex change with empathy, innovation, and excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and deliver enterprise change strategy aligned to The Aware Way
  • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness planning
  • Coach senior leaders to adopt agile mindsets and behaviours
  • Create engaging change materials and facilitate workshops to build capability
  • Monitor adoption metrics and embed sustainable change across the organisation
  • Champion continuous improvement and contribute to change capability uplift

You're a seasoned change leader ready to drive enterprise-wide transformation in a purpose-led organisation.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex change transformations
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
  • Strong background in agile delivery and agile transformation
  • Expertise in change management frameworks, tools (Miro, Jira, Confluence), and human-centred design
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
