Transformation Leadership Role

As a Transformation Delivery Lead, you will spearhead and manage initiatives that drive strategic change, operational excellence, and organisational growth.

  • Lead project interdependencies, resource prioritisation, and operating rhythm to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure robust tracking, reporting, and insights to inform Executive Leadership Team and Board decisions.
  • Manage priority initiatives end-to-end, from planning through to delivery, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Support employee transition management to enable smooth adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Deliver benefits tracking within agreed timeframes, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

You are a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of delivering transformation and change in complex environments. Bring strong project management skills, experience tracking and reporting across multiple large-scale initiatives, knowledge of change management principles, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to succeed in this role.
