Senior Change Implementation Specialist

This is a key role in our enterprise customer and operations division, which aims to empower the organisation to run better.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and implement changes that support project objectives and business goals.

About the Role

You will build and execute appropriate OCM plans and activities for awareness/communication, education programs, and readiness assessments that support project objectives and business goals with clear OCM success measures/metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of change impacts both internal and external, business readiness, and plan to address gaps.
  • Foster strong relationships with impacted stakeholders to ensure continued engagement and readiness for changes.
  • Identify and mitigate change barriers, providing recommendations to minimise change risk and business impact.
  • Collaborate with workstreams to design and implement training solutions that meet their needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Change Implementation Specialist who has a proven track record of supporting transformational change in complex environments.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting transformational change in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of working with business-led streams vs project streams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise progress over perfection.

Prior experience in managing change in a financial services environment, proficiency in creating visual change management artefacts, and demonstrated project management skills would be advantageous but not essential.
