My client, a major media organisation is seeking a highly motivated Change Manager to work on a major CRM transformation program. The aim of the program is to help enable more customer services through digital channels impacting systems and processes within the business.

The successful Senior Change Manager will work closely with the business, in particular, Stakeholders, PM's, BA's and the engineering teams to determine and communicate change across the business.

The focus of this role will be on process & organisational change as a result of the transformation, implementing change plans, conducting change impact assessments, constructing training and support material, providing post-implementation support, and addressing adoption issues. The Change Manager should have a proven track record of understanding the change impact of IT transformation projects (ideally CRM).

Given the focus on CRM, any experience in relevant projects will be a real advantage in undertaking the role.

**Key Requirements / Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in change management and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Optimise business acceptance and change sustainability
- Develop, manage, and coordinate change planning and execution activities
- High-quality problem-solving skills and ability to effectively adjust plans and schedules
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Focus on strategic and tactical end-to-end change activities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience delivering strong communications and stakeholder management
