**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of service desk support procedures and techniques and strong customer service and support skills.
- Knowledge and experience in installation, supporting, maintaining and problem resolution of hardware and software within complex Windows, LAN, desktop and server environments.
- Experience with Windows Server environments and using tools such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and Printing Services.
- Sound knowledge of Windows Desktop MS Office and M365.
- Competent installing and decommissioning desktop hardware and printers.
- Sound technical competency to undertake routine server, network and desktop systems operational maintenance tasks.
