**Your new company**
This SA Government Department is based in the Adelaide CBD and they are in the lookout for Desktop Support Officer to join their team.

**Your new role**
- Ensuring the end users' ICT experience is well supported, consistently striving to deliver high quality systems support.
- Effective management of the ICT service desk including user engagement, ticket updates, escalation of incidents both within the department and to external service providers, and incident resolution.
- Deploying ICT equipment to users.
- Appropriately engaging with third party providers to enable the effective management of systems and resolution of incidents and problems.
- Assisting with the installation, updating and administration of internally managed systems.
- Promoting the correct and efficient use of ICT line of business systems and hardware.
- Undertaking research and project work as directed.
- Maintaining documentation for services and systems where responsible.
- Providing ICT asset management services including deployment, relocation and disposal.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in working in end user ICT support roles.
- User administration experience including Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Lync/ Skype
- for Business, Teams and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in supporting end users in a Citrix environment.
- Experience in implementing new computer technologies.
- Experience in working within an outsourced ICT environment.
