6-month contract opportunity within SA Government for an ICT Support Officer with solid L2 experience.

This well-regarded SA Government Department is seeking an eager and talented Level 2 ICT Support Officers to join their growing team. They provide a supportive and inclusive environment and are looking for an individual that meets their values.

**Your new role**

The ICT Support Officer is in charge of providing a variety of remote and onsite level 2 support services to their facilities throughout South Australia, reporting to the Team Leader, ICT Technical Support. The incident management procedure and customer demands are coordinated and handled by the ICT Support Officer in order to return service to normal as soon as feasible and lessen the impact on organisational operations. The position involves troubleshooting difficulties in a variety of complicated situations, providing support for hardware and software as well as, when necessary, conducting a preliminary analysis of server and network infrastructure issues.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in the role you will need to possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong L2 and Server support experience
- Exposure to ICT Infrastructure: Server, Desktop hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices etc.
- A valid WWCC
- Drivers’ licence and own vehicle
