Cleared are working with one of the largest defence contractors in Australia and are looking to speak to Service Desk Administrators based in Adelaide who ideally hold a AGSVA NV2 Clearance.

You will be working for a Global Company delivering projects of global and national significance to our customers and with this we are known for developing some of the most impressive careers.

This exciting opportunity as a Service Desk Administrator will be within a defence-based project team based in SA-Edinburgh Parks.

**Adelaide Based Offices.**

**Position Description**

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, the Service Desk Administrator will provide an exceptional level of service support to clients and fellow team members.
**Essential criteria**:

- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work culture, playing a pivotal role in triaging and assisting clients, with the ability to escalate complex issues to the relevant ICT teams for specialized support.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by devising and refining procedures and processes, ensuring the maintenance of an effective and updated support system.
- Actively engage in team efforts to surpass predefined KPI metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
- Display expertise in providing comprehensive PC support, encompassing desktop deployments, rebuilds, repairs, and efficient troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining and updating ICT assets in an asset management database, conducting regular spot-checks and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the system through diligent management of secure file transfers, operating system patches, and Antivirus updates.
- Play an integral role in the successful execution of ICT technical delivery projects, actively contributing to their implementation and completion.

**Desirable criteria**:

- A current security clearance preferably NV2 is essential.
- Ability to sign for access to ITAR information.
- Customer service or previous Service Desk experience desirable but not essential

You must hold a current NV1 security clearance or above & be an Australian Citizen.
