An ICT User Support Officer role available for a SA Gov department based in Adelaide CBD.

This SA Government Department is based in the Adelaide CBD and they are in the lookout for ICT User Support Officer to join their team

**Your new role**
The Service Desk Officer is a role within Digital & technical Services and is accountable to the ICT Service Manager for:

- Delivery of high quality, customer-centric ICT services in support of the Department's business needs.
- Ensuring the user support through the service desk including all channels (human, digital, self-service, automated) is carried out, required information is recorded, issues resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
- Providing input to maintaining policy, standards and procedures for the ICT Service Desk, and ensuring that the catalogue of supported ICT services is adhered to.
- Providing input to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of robust and practical service management processes

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience of:

- Software installation/deployment (preferably SCCM)
- Diagnosing problems in a windows environment (Win10/Server 2012/16).
- Active Directory maintenance.
- Handling customer calls and resolving issues at the earliest stage.
- MS Exchange/Outlook Management
- Office365 and 2016
