Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues - the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium.

An opportunity has become available for a customer focused ICT professional to work within a small team, responsible for the development, delivery and support of a diverse range of information and communication technology (ICT) services in order to meet client (internal and external) requirements.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful applicant will be highly customer focused and is able to participate in ‘on call’ out of business hours support as required.

This role holds a variety of key responsibilities including:

- Providing telephone and customer-facing IT support
- Logging and managing support requests in the IT service desk ticketing system
- User administration including adding, changing, and deleting user profiles
- Testing and deploy updates to software, servers, and hardware
- Updating documentation of configuration and processes
- Desktop SOE build and deployment

The ideal applicant will have:

- Proven problem-solving ability and experience in technology support including software/hardware support and troubleshooting
- Broad knowledge of ICT technologies (Windows), SCCM, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and Group Policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic networking principles, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
- ICT qualifications (desirable)
