Delivery Lead

Our Australian Digital Workplace team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Digital Workplace Delivery Lead to join their team on a full-time, permanent position, based in Barangaroo, Sydney.

What the role will include:
- Work with managed services partner and other vendor delivery teams to scope, plan, design and deliver technology initiatives pertaining to the Digital Workplace platform- Work with Digital Workplace architect and platform manager to deliver strategy and roadmap in alignment to the business objectives- Collaborate with the regional customer success managers, product owners and other key business stakeholders to understand the business needs and provide the necessary solutions- Drive the delivery of the EUC roadmap inclusive of DaaS transformation activities inclusive of end-point management and lifecycle- Help to facilitate and deliver upon the digital workspace services inclusive of digital signage and IOT in conjunction with the digital experience team.- Ensure delivery squads are tracking to commitments as per roadmaps and timelines- Work with the delivery leads to monitor DW (digital workplace) solution delivery planning and execution including risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule- Report on project delivery progress across Digital Workplace to the Technology Office and implement interventions / action plans to correct deficiencies- Work with the customer services managers within the regions to understand the delivery priorities of the business and ensure Digital Workplace prioritisation- Ensure that the managed service partner provides secure, scalable, and resilient EUC and O365 services that meets SLAs- Serve as point of escalation and review for DW platforms including EUC, O365 and collaboration platform issues and decisions

Requirements for the role:
- Experienced Agile Delivery Lead, IT Iteration Manager or Scrum Master- Experienced working within a Digital workplace delivery or EUC technologies- End-to-end projects experience using Agile/Scrum project management methodologies- QA, engineering, DevOps processes and tools- Ability to drive project delivery (full lifecycle management)- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels- Complex problem solving- Experience in gradually rebuilding/redesigning existing products on top of entirely new cloud services and new architecture- Agile/ Scrum Certifications
