One Circular Quay is arguably the most exciting development site in Australia, situated in the internationally recognised Circular Quay precinct and waterfront.

This $800+ million development is part of the iconic Circular Quay renewal and will be a mixed-use development comprising of a 61-level residential tower, a 26-level luxury hotel and retail premises.

The EHS Lead is pivotal to the One Circular Quay project and will consistently deliver on the Lendlease Vision of a Culture of Care and providing a positive impact upon the environment and community.

About the role:
Reporting to the Construction Director, with a dotted line to the Project Director (Development) the EHS Lead will play a vital role in the delivery of One Circular Quay.

Responsible for developing EHS strategy for the entire project and driving unified and proactive EHS culture throughout its operations, including the supply chain, local community and stakeholders.

Working with representatives of the Integrated Lendlease disciplines of Construction, Development, Leasing, Marketing, Design, Sustainability, your role will be to create an integrated approach to EHS.

Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to be able to drive and influence a proactive and unified EHS culture. To ensure we deliver a world class commercial, retail, residential and public space which is recognised as being safe for all, be they residents, workers, or visitors.

About you:
- Previous significant EHS management experience within high-rise design & construction in the residential & commercial sectors- Ability to influence and drive change at strategic level and the frontline- Ability to inspire a proactive and unified culture and commitment to EHS through visible leadership, teamwork and collaboration.- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
