A large Higher Education institution is looking for a Change Lead to manage a portfolio of technology focused projects which all aim to enable and enhance technology and access across the university for staff and students. As Change Lead you will provide strategic change and communication advice to the Head of the IT Domain to ensure successful delivery of IT projects in the domain portfolio.
**Your new role**
As Change Lead you will oversee various IT projects within the domain portfolio. As Change Lead you will have a solid understanding managing complex stakeholders and engaging with senior executive members of the organisation. You will develop a structured change management approach and methodology for and lead the development and implementation of the change management strategies. As Change Lead you will manage 2x Change Managers and 1x Change Analyst and be responsible for delivering one of the high profile projects within the portfolio.
**What you'll need to succeed**
**What you'll get in return**
In return you will a 6m contract paying up to $1200/day plus super and the opportunity work on various high profile education projects. The role is based in CBD (next to central station) and has a hybrid working model.
