**As a Performance Lead, you will be responsible to measures delivery performance and track the Crew’s strategic and operational activities

You are a story teller and are passionate about all things data related. You will demonstrate how CDAO Credit Risk can increase its competitive advantage and create value through the effective and efficient use of data, models and tools that enable a customer-centric approach to deliver on our vision of enhancing financial wellbeing of our customers.

**On a day to day basis you’ll**:
Reporting into the Crew Lead, and working closely with the Crew Lead, and working closely with the Modelling and Data Delivery Product Owners across the Crew, the key responsibilities of this would be to:

- Facilitate the elicitation of information and requests across Crews including Demand Management (corresponding backlog management), Resource Management and liaising into BU PMO
- Assist in tracking Crew and Squad backlog delivery hygiene within the nominated tool whilst also maintaining any specific documents outside of the system
- Creates and monitors portfolio insights, tracks metrics against stated outcomes (benefits) and stated velocity(performance).
- Produce (scheduled and ad hoc) Leadership reporting for the effective monitoring & management of outcomes
- Assist in managing and requesting capacity requests outside of Crews and Enabling teams and also assists with Governance reporting requirements (milestones, financials, benefits)
- Creates and tracks workforce management reporting of the Domain/Crew, including the financial management of the Crew

- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and execute multiple concurrent activities and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break a complex message down to something that is easily understood by the business.
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- A commercial acumen and a keen eye for detail with an analytical mindset
- Experience working in an agile environment would be highly regarded
