- 256636As a Change Lead, you will work to align the emerging program of Agile Transformation work for Technology and Operations. You will be making the recommendations and working hands-on to successfully embed this change including strategic change execution as well as more tactical change management and comms on specific initiatives. This requires someone who operates across all organisational levels and is a true change leader, but also is happy to get stuck in and be hands-on in the delivery.

In this role you will utilise your strong skills in stakeholder engagement and management, as you will be the bridge between the program sponsors and the business to keep them on the journey, ensuring continued buy in, and expertly manage adoption.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Develop change management plans for projects and change initiatives.
- Develop communication and training relevant to change initiatives.
- Gather and analyse customer, colleague, and partner impact data and work with respective stakeholder groups.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Formulate and deliver change approaches to effectively engage and transition people through change.
- Proactively forecast and plan for end-to-end initiative change management design and delivery success.
- Proactively work to map out key risks in initiative change implementation and derive appropriate mitigations.
- Coach and influence leaders in the effective implementation of change.
- Support appropriate integration and mitigation of change impacts across initiatives impacting the same stakeholder and user audience groups.
- Engage and collaborate across multiple parallel running projects within the Portfolio, as required.

**About you**:

- Experience in leading change for large and diverse audiences in a complex environment.
- A minimum of 7 years of complex organisational change management experience, including experience within financial services / insurance.
- Demonstrated strong capability to drive end-to-end behaviour change.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement capability at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
