**Account Manager Job Description**

**About the Role**

As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with our Account Director to oversee projects and clients that are super important to our agency. We're looking for someone who is driven, always one step ahead, and has excellent organisational skills to juggle various tasks and deadlines.

**Key Aspects of the Role**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and goals to identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects, including campaigns, digital advertising, creatives, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and prompt resolution of issues.
- Monitor and report on account performance, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive activity to improve services and stay ahead of the curve.
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role, preferably in a business-to-business or an agency environment.
- Excellent planning and time management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines, and a self-motivated self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full working rights in Australia.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
