**Background**:
At The Arnott's Group, we are an iconic Australian powerhouse brand, recognised as pioneers in the FMCG market both locally and globally. Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting opportunity to help own and shape our iconic legacy. To support this growth, we are seeking an eCommerce Executive to drive the success of The Arnott’s Group’s eCommerce strategy. The role will work within a rapidly evolving and growing channel with our major omnichannel retailers, Pureplay retailers, Direct-to-Consumer and emerging digitally enabled channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **eCategory Management** - Manage, investigate and report on trends and performance. Make recommendations to account, brand and category teams based on data-led insights.
- **Online Channels Development** - Assist in the identification, development and optimisation of new and emerging online channels and digital eco-systems.
- **Digital Shelf Management** - Support the optimisation of Arnott’s Group digital touchpoints on retailer online stores and help Arnott’s to take control of the digital journey through the perfect online store.
- **Customer Activation** - Collaborate with customer teams and brand owners to develop successful online activation plans across key retailers. Support the execution of new product launches, always-on merchandising and integration between brand and retailer path-to-purchase.
- **Product Experience Management** - Management of digital product assets - producing content for online retail environments, maintaining standards in accordance with retailer website capabilities, and seek ways to innovate to improve the digital path-to-purchase.
