**About the role & Company**

This well known and Leading FMCG Organisation based in Strathfield has a need for an experienced, well rounded Claims Officer to join their team.

**The Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly into the Claims Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage all credit claims and disputes
- Manage deductions
- High level processing and data entry of stock / inventory claims
- Assess and investigate of claims - liaising with internal / external parties re: stock
- Provide customers with updates and resolutions
- High level claims administration
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Other duties as delegated by manager

**The successful applicant**
- Must have proven and previous experience as with Claims / Deductions
- High level and accurate data entry
- Intermediate excel skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and work in a fast paced environments
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
