**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Export Account Manager to join our International team at Arnott’s on a **9 month fixed term contract** with possible extension. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Distributors and Retailers across multiple geographic regions, driving market growth and delivering against country-specific plans.

You’ll take full ownership of go-to-market activities—balancing strategic execution with day-to-day operational management—and play a key role in delivering our international expansion strategy for Arnott’s Biscuits and Snacking portfolio.

**What your day looks like**:

- Developing and executing distributor and retailer business plans tailored to each market
- Managing ongoing performance and resolving in-market issues as they arise
- Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Demand Planning) to align international strategies
- Supporting established markets while identifying new growth or expansion opportunities
- Leading the implementation of sales, activation, and profitability strategies across your regions

- Proven ability to manage distributor and retailer relationships across diverse markets
- Strong communicator with a hands-on, self-starter attitude and the ability to work well with and influence different teams
- Culturally aware, with an appreciation for market differences and sensitivities
