About Us

We are a growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality vocational education and training. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations and support compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the RTO and ensuring all accounting practices align with internal policies and external requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable

Issuing invoices and receipts for other transactions

Bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow

Preparing and overseeing the lodgement of BAS, PAYG, and superannuation payments

Handling payroll processing for staff

Maintaining accurate financial records and reports

Supporting audit and compliance processes related to financial documentation

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Managing student payment plans and following up on outstanding fees

Liaising with external accountants and auditors

Managing agent Commissions and Bonuses

**Requirements**:
Essential:
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management

Strong knowledge of Reckon and Xero

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

Understanding of basic payroll, superannuation, and tax obligations

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Desirable:
Previous experience working in an RTO or education sector

Familiarity with PRISMS, and student fee compliance

Qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field
