 About The Role

We're looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you'll take the reins once a client has been onboarded and guide them through the entire journey.

As Client Account Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from onboarding through to settlement.
  • Oversee and monitor the settlement process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • liaise with key stakeholders including brokers, conveyancers, solicitors, and the Buyer's Agents team.
  • Review contracts of sale, building and pest reports, and other key documents with sharp eye for detail.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, issues are resolved quickly, and the client experience is consistently outstanding.

  • Solid experience in the property industry (e.g. property management, senior sales, property development, or as a Client Account Manager in a buyer's agency)
  • A deep understanding of contracts, finance clauses, and conveyancing processes across different states.
  • Strong organisational skills; you're articulate, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple moving parts.
  • CRM experience and the ability to keep everything streamlined.
  • Confidence, passion for wealth building, and a drive to truly change people's lives.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
