**The role**
The Unified Communications Administrator is to provide assistance and administration support to the Unified Communications Department including reporting, communication and the upkeep of documentation. As the first point of contact for the Unified Communications Team, this role is critical to ensure the ongoing performance of A&G’s Communication system, Genesys.
**Position Accountabilities**
- Manage and maintain all Unified Communications files, ensuring all information received is reviewed and filed accordingly.
- Effectively liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Record and coordinate recommendations on system improvements initiatives.
- Support the wider team in identifying opportunities within the Genesys Platform working towards a seamless experience for our customers.
- Assist in preparing and submitting Unified Communications reporting and presentations.
- Build and maintain the Unified Communications pages on internal systems including Policy & Procedure Support and working with the Internal Communications team.
- This includes creation and maintenance of Genesys’ processes and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and actively participate in team discussions and activities in a positive and professional manner.
- Support the leadership team in administrative tasks and other tasks as directed.
- Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.
- Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division.Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.
**What experience you’ll bring**
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role (highly regarded).
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communications skills.
- Be able to make recommendations upon analysing data.
- Experience in the preparation of reports, graphs and charts.
- The ability to learn new software, windows and non-windows based.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills with the ability to work independently, and prioritise while working under pressure.
- Proven attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in previous roles.Intermediate skills with Google Suite.
