Torque Toyota is seeking an experienced Administration/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our wonderful team in North Lakes.

Duties will include, but not limited to

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Processing new/used deals
  • Processing used vehicle purchases
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly accounting and administration task as required
  • General ledger balance sheet reconciliation as allocated
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • General Clerical duties – filing, scanning etc

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the attitude and willingness to help other team members when required. You will also have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • A firm grasp of Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to learn
  • The ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.

Knowledge and basic understanding of automotive industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
