**LET’S EXPLORE THE ROLE**
Lead the organisation in providing outstanding service delivery to the ABC and SBS to achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Protect current revenue and find new growth revenue for the portfolio of our broadcast customers, to meet and exceed agreed revenue, growth, and renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong customer relationships across both the ABC and SBS accounts
- Drive the activity and focus within BAI to deliver on customer outcomes and exceed customer expectations
- Support the team’s goals through strategic account planning
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction that protects existing business
- Forecast revenue and manage pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Actively seek out new growth opportunities with the ABC and SBS
- Achieve renewals sales targets where appropriate
- Develop partnerships and relationships across the ABC and SBS, demonstrating depth of understanding of customer’s needs and challenges
- Act as the customer advocate internally to ensure customer needs are satisfied
- Develop a strong working relationship with the ABC and SBS customer service managers
- Manage relationship management systems by providing administrative expertise
- Facilitate relationships between BAI and other departments within the ABC and SBS
- Liaise and coordinate activities between internal business units
- Maintain close engagement with the SMC to understand ABC and SBS’s pain points with service management and fault restoration
- Represent BAI’s products and services to the customer with confidence and credibility
- Ensure BAI’s offerings and products meet customer requirements and are delivered on time to agreed quality over the service life
- Assist and coordinate implementation of complex contractual negotiations
- Support the development, integration and onboarding of new customer tools and systems
- Develop the appropriate internal systems and communication to coordinate activity nationally and regionally
- Attend relevant conferences and seminars to develop professional skills and to network within the industry
- Support government engagement in relation to Future of broadcast platform initiatives & activities
**LET’S HEAR ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent relationship building skills at all levels of the organisation
- Previous 5 years account management experience desirable
- Strong background in financial, commercial, legal and property related principles will stand you in good stead
- Proven experiences in customer driven, innovative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills
- Strong understanding of CAPEX, OPEX and commercial fee development
- Able to demonstrate competency in managing complex deals
- Business/Commerce/Engineering Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited university
