Fantastic part time role, 2 days per week (Thursday-Friday) - Full training and ongoing support provided - Join a high performing and energetic team **About the Role** An opportunity has arisen to fulfil a 2 day per week (Thursday & Friday) Reception role at DuluxGroup Clayton, with scope for more hours to provide leave coverage and support the administrative functions within the business. You will be a natural communicator with a flair for solving problems, great at ensuring compliance with safety and security whilst welcoming people to our business and ensuring their needs are met. You have great phone skills and an inquisitive, yet empathetic nature that will see you directing people to the right areas effectively and maintaining a customer focused, respectful and enthusiastic manner. Some additional duties will arise from time to time and your approach will be "can do", helping wherever possible and willing to learn as new tasks arise. Examples are: - Meeting room coordination - Helping managers and staff with meetings, mail-outs and similar - Data entry of invoices on Invoice Register - Invoice processing for MD’s EA/Back up other departments in absence when possible - Booking couriers **Skills and Experience** - Demonstrated experience as a receptionist or in an administrative environment - Customer focussed and a pleasant, proactive disposition - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in the MS Office suite - Excellent attention to detail At DuluxGroup, we foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and flexibility.
