**Full job description**

We are seeking a responsible Receptionist to join our mixed billing clinic in Clayton as a Casual/Part time basis. Normal working hours are between 8.30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, no weekends.

**Pre-requisite**:
Cover letter with CV/resume is required to be considered for this position.

**Location**: Based in Clayton

**Start Date**: Immediate start available.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Patients greetings, check-in and taking payments

Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

Attending incoming calls and patient enquiries

Processing payments and claims via TYRO, HICAPs...etc.

Maintaining patients data and document filings.

Preparing for consult rooms for daily doctor's consult sessions.

Scanning and linking medical records

plus other reasonable receptionist tasks.
- Prior experience in medical reception work is preferable_
- Prior knowledge of Best Practice Software is advantageous but knowledge of other medical systems are acceptable._

**Work Authorization**:Australia (required)

**Work Location**: In person

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 26 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
