**Seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to help with the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the clinic. DON'T MISS OUT**

**Our client is looking for an experienced medical receptionist**
**_who is dedicated to quality service delivery, and who would be at their best working in a busy specialist practice._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing an outstanding level of customer service to patients and other health professionals
- Scheduling and managing appointments, cancellations, waitlists
- Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts
- Build and maintain professional relationships with all team members, external stakeholders, hospitals and allied health providers
- Liaison between clients and clinicians
- Providing admin support to the Practice Manager

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Previous Medical reception experience required (medical/dental/allied health advantageous)
- Experience working with Genie software (preferred)
- Professional appearance and telephone manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- High standard of work ethic - self motivated, trustworthy, punctual, takes pride in work**Are you an efficient problem solver, with a ‘can do’ and ‘will do’ attitude?**
