Receptionist /order Fullfillment Assstant

We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to join our busy wholesale and warehouse environment. This multifaceted role involves customer service, order processing, and general administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist wholesale customers in the showroom
- Handle phone inquiries and provide product information
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Pick and pack orders for shipping
- Receive incoming deliveries and manage outgoing shipments
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, showroom, and staff kitchen
- Assist with stock handling and inventory tasks
- Some heavy lifting required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in reception, warehousing, or retail preferred
- Forklift license and experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills for order entry and admin tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
