**Casual Receptionist/Administration Assistants - Starting as soon as possible**

Musical Avenue is an established music school seeking multiple receptionists with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our growing team We are relocating to M-City Clayton next month and expanding our team.

Our opening hours are 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 8 pm on weekends.

The primary responsibility of this job is to manage the day-to-day running of the school. Tasks include:

- Opening and closing the school
- Handling accounts, invoicing, and receipts
- Assisting customers at the school
- Managing student and staff timetables on our online system
- Online data entry
- Proofreading reports
- Providing support to the instrumental coordinator and teachers
- Other miscellaneous tasks

- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Be accurate and extremely organized
- Be professional and have strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate initiative, efficiency, and the ability to multi-task
- Be well-presented, bubbly, and have great rapport with both kids and adults
- Be available for most of our opening times and days
- Be required to undergo a Working With Children Check
- A music background will be advantageous

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.20 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
