**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Practice Technical Lead you will:

- Design and implement technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Ensure that changes are implemented effectively in production and provide high level estimates for new initiatives.
- Provide support for a range of technical tasks including initiatives, enhancements and upgrades to ensure efficient and effective change and delivery.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and IT Operation teams in resolving operational desktop-related incidents, requests and changes
- Plan and perform regular and ad-hoc security and OS patching as required to meet security compliance across servers and workstations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Successful completion of relevant industry certification and/or other equivalent tertiary qualification and experience.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in a complex technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience with active directory group policy administration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager, O365, windows workstations, and Intune platforms including recommended best practices and design blueprints.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role

**Desirable**
- Experience in Insurance or Finance Domains
- Experience in enterprise level infrastructure.
