**Your role**:

This position is responsible for the technical quality and team performance of your practice and has direct Team Lead and/or Project Consultant report accountability. While this is a leadership position, the role requires a hands-on technical understanding of Dynamics 365 principles and will include delivering your own design, configuration and consulting work as required. The role will also require strong facilitation skills as you will be an escalation point for your practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Service Delivery**
An important element of your role is ensuring that we are delivering our products and services to our clients with high quality outcomes for the client and Brennan IT. This will involve all aspects of delivery including Consulting, Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Solution Design, Training, Delivery of solution, UAT and Go-Live Support as well as support requests where required.

**Leadership and Team Building**
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance as required. Assist team members with building and following a growth and personal development plan.

**Service Development/Enhancement/Innovation**
Obtain and maintain industry certifications. To be actively involved in Brennan IT’s Best Practice and Continuous Improvement program. To review, create and maintain internal documentation and processes with the primary goal of achieving service delivery efficiencies.

**To achieve success, this role requires the follow Competencies and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years IT technical experience
- 5+ years of software development in Microsoft technologies
- Results-oriented and driven by achieving growth
- Ability to develop a practice development plan and own the execution of the initiatives
- Specific areas of Dynamics Solutions, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows
- Demonstrated experience implementing solutions utilising PowerApps & Flow is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience building on the PowerApps Component Framework
- Demonstrated experience implementing solutions utilising PowerApps/ADX Studios Portals
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good decision making / problem solving skills
- Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues
- Ability to work in a billable hour target environment
- Able to build and maintain relationships with customers

**Note**:As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a Technical Assessment and National Criminal History Check.
