Practice Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Practice Lead for Modern Work to drive our strategic initiatives in the modern workplace transformation space.

This leadership role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational transformation, focusing on Microsoft technologies and collaboration solutions. As the Practice Lead, you will inspire and guide teams to deliver innovative, future-proof solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation for our clients.

You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that drive client success, ensuring that all projects align with industry best practices and client goals. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, technical acumen in Microsoft 365, Azure, and other modern workplace tools, and a passion for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will lead pre-sales engagements, deliver thought leadership, and manage high-impact projects focusing on enabling clients to modernize their work environments with solutions such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and AI-powered collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and modern work specialists, ensuring successful design, implementation and adoption of modern workplace solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects related to Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives that improve workplace productivity and collaboration.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Modern Work practice, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.
      • Drive the adoption of best practices for Modern Work solutions, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and the effective use of tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva.
        • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their organizational performance and employee experience.
          • Lead technical pre-sales activities including solution architecture, client presentations, workshops, and proposal development for Modern Work solutions.
          • Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and ensure ongoing success.
          • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clients' strategic goals, all while ensuring high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in modern workplace transformation, IT consulting, or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
      • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform), Azure, and modern collaboration solutions.
        • Experience in leading the implementation of digital workplace solutions that drive organizational change and improve productivity.
          • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
            • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and think outside the box to meet client needs.
              • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
                • Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies or methodologies.
                  • Experience in leading workshops and delivering engaging presentations.
