**Sales Leader - VIC/SA/WA - Melbourne Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity is available for a Sales Leader to join our team and oversee a team of Account Partners in VIC, SA & WA with a goal to drive revenue growth through product uptake in specified territories across both Commercial Real Estate and New Developments business units.

You will enjoy being responsible for understanding commonalities between the two business units, and leading the team to find efficient and effective ways to manage the relationships for an enhanced customer experience. Your role will include account and territory planning, as well as mentoring team members to ensure profitability of the area as you work towards a single customer owner model across both business units.

**Skills and Experience**

You will drive the following commercial outcomes for assigned region/ territory to ensure profitability:

- Total sales revenue and quarterly sales growth of region
- Customer engagement
- Team alignment
- Breadth of product uptake
- Sound financial understanding with demonstrated ability of developing plans and budgets
- Manage by inspiring a culture of pride and performance through multiple levels and motivate others through influence
- Experience managing people through periods of change
- Strong negotiation skills with an aptitude to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships
- Excellent problem solving and business communication (written & oral) skills.
- Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and producing appropriate solutions.
