**The Business**:
You will be joining the team as a Sales Team Leader at one of Australia’s fastest growing energy comparison companies.

Their mission is the help customers compare and find better energy plans in one easy phone call, taking away the hassle of trying to make sense of a complicated industry by providing honest, unbiased, and simple advice.

- $75,000 - $80,000 Base + Super + Commissions (OTE 120K+).

**The role**:
You will play an integral role in motivating, coaching, to help grow and nurture the new people within the business.

The role also involves:

- Conduct coaching, guidance, and support to team members for their continuous development and improvement, fostering a positive and motivational work environment.
- Monitor, review and evaluate agent performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement measurements as required.
- Facilitate regular team meetings.

**About you**:

- Experience as a Team Leader in the Energy Industry.
- Strong understanding of how sales teams’ function within inbound & outbound call centre environments.
- Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, retain information and work well under pressure.
- A 'can do' attitude with leadership qualities.
