**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting through to the Sales Manager, as Sales Team Leader you will manage assigned tasks, provide leadership and coach the Sales Consultants. Your main duties will involve coaching, motivating and inspiring a team of well-trained sales experts to deliver the company vision & achieve brilliant customer outcomes with every interaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Manage the Sales team performance towards both company & team based targets;
- Provide coaching & support to direct reports weekly to improve skills, knowledge & build capability;
- Work alongside the quality assurance team to ensure exceptional sales compliance;
- Implement & improve business processes including feedback & enhancement;
- Resolve conflict & performance manage as per business framework where required;
- Assist with onboarding & training of systems, processes, sales skills and showrooms;
- Drive sales performance & team motivation;
- Manage leave, rosters & staff absences.

- Drive the team to achieve personal sales targets through effective leadership & role modelling of company sales methodology;
- Can think outside the box, are a creative, enthusiastic & innovative Sales Team Leader;
- Are flexible & embrace change within the business;
- Can strategize & plan at the same time, setting clear expectations;
- Have strong attention to detail and have an ability to multi-task, prioritise & perform effectively under pressure;
- Can communicate effectively with colleagues, peers, business partners;
- Create a team culture that is focused on sharing learning
