**Join Our Growing Team as a Team Leader**
We’re expanding our collaboration with leading gyms across Melbourne and are looking for an experienced team leader to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in direct sales and are passionate about leading a team to success, this is the opportunity for youYou’ll be leading a team of sales representatives in gyms across Melbourne, engaging with gym members, promoting, and encouraging customers to try our clients' amazing products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the team delivers top-notch results while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere. You’ll also receive full support and coaching from our management team to help you succeed.
**Hours Available**:
- Monday - Thursday 3:00PM - 7:30PM
- Friday 10:00AM - 2:00PM
- Saturdays also available
**Earnings**:
- $700 - $2,000 per week, based on a typical 5-day shift week (Mon-Fri) + Bonuses based on team performance. This is not a commission-only opportunity; it's a chance to be part of a team that invests in your success.

We have an exciting partnership with a global market leader in ready-made healthy meals. They provide fresh, locally sourced meal plans delivered directly to customers' doorsteps. Their mission is to revolutionise the way people eat, and they’re rapidly expanding.
**Where We Operate?**
While our office is based in Melbourne CBD, you and the team will be working in various gym locations across Melbourne. We’ll make sure to match you with locations that are convenient for you
**What We’re Looking For?**
- **Leadership Experience**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve targets.
- **Direct Sales Experience**: Experience in direct sales, particularly in a customer-focused environment, is preferred.
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with people and inspire your team.
- **Customer-Focused Mindset**: A passion for helping people and promoting products that improve their lives.
- **Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented**: Driven to achieve personal and team goals.
- **Applicants Already in Melbourne**: Must be based in Melbourne and have work rights in Australia.
- **Positive, Outgoing Attitude**: Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
