**The Opportunity**:
Due to continued growth and success, we are currently looking to add a second sales team to the mix in our Melbourne office. So with this in mind, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Leader to join the team to help spearhead the growth of the new sales team into a buzzing powerhouse.
This is a unique opportunity to be hands-on in a sales role while also having the opportunity to champion the development of your team and grow the headcount in line with your team's success.
**Your key responsibilities include**
- Leading from the front Connecting with senior decision-makers in HR and C-Level roles through your own prospecting and marketing leads;
- Conducting discovery calls to learn of recruitment goals and challenges, and determining the best solution of Scout Talent's products are the right fit;
- Confirming pricing, handling objections, and progressing the sales process;
- Implementing, and evolving sales operations and strategies;
- Full recruitment responsibility to grow your team; and
- Mentoring, motivating and empowering your team members to achieve their goals.
