
Regional Business Development Specialist

As a Regional Segment Manager, you will focus on developing and activating market segment go-to-market strategy as part of the Market Segment Execution plan across APAC, excluding China. This role is responsible for collaborating with Country Leadership teams to drive strategic development and market share in industry and renewables.
- Work closely with APAC countries' leadership to identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
- Develop and execute segment and account-specific profitable growth strategies and plans, including generating product value propositions and product positioning.
- Develop and execute channel plans, work with Channel Managers to identify, evaluate and develop channels for long-term partnerships, analyze channel activities, and own problem resolution.
- Establish a deep understanding of customer segments and market dynamics, develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives.
- Build and monitor sales pipelines, forecast, and track metrics.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Demonstrate core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the organization.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business or engineering highly desired.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the electrical power equipment industry.
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to meet client needs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for both direct and indirect teams; ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to address tough issues and contribute to collaborative solutions; capable of juggling multiple account management projects; flexible to occasional business travel.
- Proficiency in English communication.
