Job Opportunity

As a Senior Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and shaping the regional footprint of our consulting practice across Asia Pacific.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for reinforcing and growing our consulting presence in Australia, working closely with APAC leadership to drive client impact.
  • Your primary focus will be on winning and delivering high-value consulting engagements, supporting clients' digital and data transformations.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives (CMO, CDO, CEO), you will guide strategy and execution to achieve business objectives.
  • You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary local team, ensuring capability building and knowledge transfer across the region.
  • Your goal will be to build client relationships that create cross-practice opportunities across data science, analytics, and digital.
  • You will manage the commercial pipeline, develop proposals, and contribute to overall business development strategy.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience at a Tier-1 consulting firm, with at least 4 years in project and client leadership roles is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and autonomous, with experience in building or scaling new practices or regions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development track record are essential.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and client engagement skills are necessary.
  • The ability to bring a small team and passion for data-driven decision-making is also required.
