Lead Commercial Growth Across APAC

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive revenue expansion across direct and indirect sales channels, overseeing regional marketing initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, and expanding our presence in emerging verticals including biopharma, clinical, and service provider markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive full revenue responsibility for the APAC region across direct sales, channel partners, and distribution.
  • Develop and execute the regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy in alignment with global sales objectives.
  • Lead high-performing teams across key countries in APAC, managing sales, field marketing, and pre/post-sales functions.
  • Design and implement vertical growth strategies to accelerate revenue in biopharma, clinical, and service provider segments.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and drive consistent overachievement of regional targets.
  • Expand customer footprint in existing and new market segments through direct and indirect engagement models.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success.
  • Drive distributor and partner performance with clear KPIs and joint business planning.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to top commercial talent across APAC.
